Preserving the Great Salt Lake

I have worked to support changes to the way we use, measure, and conserve water so we can have enough to preserve a healthy Great Salt Lake. All of us stand to lose if the lake dries up.

The legislature has set in place changes so it is easier for people to conserve water and possible to measure use, so we can have fair pricing and accountability. I have also supported programs that allow water conserved upstream to actually flow down to replenish the lake.
